Welcome to CarPrime. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue its use.

1. App Description

CarPrime is a vehicle management app designed to help users:

  • Track fuel usage and mileage

  • Receive MOT, tax, and insurance reminders

  • Locate fuel stations and garages

  • Manage vehicle service records

  • Maintain a digital vehicle history

  • Manage multiple vehicles

  • Access advanced fuel tracking tools

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate vehicle registration and information

  • Not misuse the app (e.g., reverse-engineering, spreading malware)

3. Account and Subscription

  • CarPrime offers a free limited version and a Pro subscription plan.

  • Payments for Pro are handled securely through Google Play. We do not directly store or process payment details.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via your Google Play account settings.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data is used solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience. This includes:

  • Vehicle Registration (to access MOT & Tax info via the GOV.UK API)

  • Location Data (to find nearby petrol stations and garages using Google Maps API)

  • App Usage Data (to improve performance and user experience)

5. Third-Party Services

CarPrime integrates with:

  • GOV.UK Vehicle APIs for MOT and Tax checks

  • Google Places API for location-based services
    These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software within CarPrime are the property of CarPrime Accessories  (or licensors) and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarPrime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of third-party data (e.g., MOT records, fuel prices)

  • Uninterrupted service availability
    We are not liable for any loss, including fuel costs, missed reminders, or service errors.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app without prior notice if you breach these terms.
